February: Galentine’s Day
The month of love kicked off with a bang as we hosted a glamorous "Galentine's Day" event at our beloved Norcal storefront. The dreamy bouquet sable silk trays, free cookies, and limited edition pizza box lashes stole hearts s part of our Valentine's Day Sweetie Collection. The first 10 attendees even received a free tote bag filled with goodies!
March: Hitting the Road With Style - Our First Cafe Elan Tour of the year!
March marked the beginning of our Café Élan tour, where we traveled across California – from Oakland to Fresno and Los Angeles. This tour wasn't just about lashes; it was about connecting with our sweetest customers! The highlight? Acquiring our vibrant pink Élan van and proudly driving it across the Golden State.
April: Celebrating Talent With Miss Elan Contest
April was a month of recognition as we held our Miss Elan contest. Customers nominated their favorite lash artists, showcasing incredible talent from across the nation. Our winners included the most creative @thebrownandlashwitch, best content creator @boldxbeauty_, originality @lashedbyhildaa, and best all around @lashxculture.
June: IBS & SoCal Storefront Grand Opening
June took us to the International Beauty Convention in Las Vegas, where we had the pleasure of meeting more of our sweet customers and gaining invaluable insights into the ever-evolving beauty industry This experience was not only educational but also incredibly inspiring. We were also blessed with an opportunity to open our second storefront down in Southern California!
July: Cafe Elan Tour Continues - Portland & Seattle
Our Café Élan tour continued in the West Coast, taking us to Portland and Seattle with the cafe themed and "Bear Bucks" products - a Starbucks-inspired adventure where it all began in Seattle. Connecting with customers over coffee and lashes made this tour a memorable one.
September: New Storefront, Nevada & Arizona Tour, and App Launch
September was eventful with the grand opening of our new NorCal storefront and went on tour toNevada & Arizona. Themed around ice cream shops, this tour was a sweet success. Adding to the excitement, we made shopping a breeze with the launch of our Elan app, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our cherished customers.
October: Last Cafe Elan Tour - Farmers Market Fun
In October, our last Cafe Elan tour of the year took us to Merced, Riverside, and San Diego, each location embracing a farmers market theme. It was a delightful journey through lash perfection and local flavors!
November: A Month Of Gratitude and Giving
We released our exclusive pumpkin pie bundle and our beaute necessaire subscription box filled with lash essentials! Expressing our gratitude, we celebrated Thanksgiving and Black Friday with a sale that garnered over 2000 orders. Your overwhelming support and love warmed our hearts, making this holiday season truly special!
December: Unwrapping the Magic of the Holidays
As we wrap up the year, we've brought a touch of magic with our Christmas Advent Calendar and our December subscription box! They both sold out so fast! The festivities continued with our 10 Days of Xmas Giveaway, offering our community the chance to win an array of fabulous goodies, spreading joy and excitement as we usher in a new year.
