Water, PVP, Ethanol, Sodium Polyacrylate

How-To-Use:

  1. Before applications, apply to natural lashes using micro-brushes or disposable lip applicators

  2. Allow 2-3secs to dry

  3. Then start lash application like usual

I wanted to like it but I think they gave me the wrong one, it didn’t come with the dropper lid? And it smells like chemicals not watermelon
